Delivery Details	– The image displayed is indicative in nature. Final product or decoration theme will be similar as the given picture. – Actual product will be similar as in picture, but may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability (it depends on the lighting and your provided space also). – Our theme decoration expert will come to your home/location at your chosen slot, and set up the decoration theme as shown in the images. – You'll need to provide a heighted stool or ladder to reach the ceiling. – We can decorate a hotel room / banquet / lounge. Only if you gain permission from the hotel. – All the items except balloons used in the decoration setup are on rental basis and will be taken back on the next day of the event. – If in case of any complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the decoration completed. No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after 2 hour or the decoration setup has been attempted. – The decoration cannot be redirected to any other location beyond 1 Kilometer from the prescribed location given while placing the booking order.
Decoration Setup Details	– Decoration Setup Time – 1:30 to 2:30 Hours (for a small theme), it can take 4 to 5 hours or more then that also for the big decoration theme setup (depends upon the theme) – These are not helium balloons. We use air-filled balloons to create the same look as of helium balloons. – Heighted stool or ladder should be provided by the client for walls or ceiling decoration. – Everything except the balloons will be taken back on the next day. – We need an electric connection sockets (Electric Plug Point) or Extension within 6-8 feet near the decoration setup. – The decoration team will not wait for more than 30 minutes for the balance payment after the decoration setup has been completed. – It is advised to remove the balloons after the event is over, keeping them for more than 48 hours may lead to marks.
Care Info	– Keep the balloons or decoration theme away from direct sunlight, rain and children, to prevent the decoration from damage or broken. As uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking. – We do not use Helium balloons as they are not advisable for balloon decoration at home. – We use removable tapes or glue drops for decorations setup. – The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties. – Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over. – In case, if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.
Cancellation & Refund Policy	– If cancellations are made after the decoration booking is confirmed, and occur between the booking date and up to 5 days before the decoration date, 100% of the advance booking payment will be refunded after 2 days of the cancellation date. – If cancellations are made on the decoration date or within the last 5 days leading up to it (including the 5th day prior or the day of the event), 100% of the advance payment will be retained as cancellation fees, and no refund will be provided. – In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases, 100% of the advance decoration booking amount will be refunded within 2 days of the cancellation date.
