Delivery Details

– The image displayed is indicative in nature. Final product or decoration theme will be similar as the given picture.
– Actual product will be similar as in picture, but may vary in shape as its a craft work, color, design or flower as per the market availability (color- it depends on the lighting and camara quality, design- as its a craft work).
– The vehicle need to be sent at our prescribed location at your chosen time slot, so we can set up the decoration theme as shown in the images.
– We do not provide vehicle on rent, We provide only decoration services.
– You can keep all the vehicle decor items. No need to return anything (If any item needs to be returned, we will let you know verbally when you place the order. It is applicable only for any specific customize theme).
– If in case of any complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the decoration completed. No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after 2 hour or the decoration setup has been attempted.
– The decoration cannot be redirected to any other location.
Decoration Setup Details

– Decoration Setup Time – 1.5 to 2.5 Hours (for a similar theme), For unique or innovative decorations, it can take more time, depends upon the theme.
– The decoration team will not wait for more than 30 minutes for the balance payment after the decoration setup has been completed.
– It is advised to remove the natural flowers and leaves after the event is over, keeping them for more than 48 hours may lead to marks.
Care Info

– Keep the decoration theme away from direct sunlight, rain and children, to prevent the decoration from damage or broken.
– We use removable tapes or glue drops for decorations setup.
– Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over.
– In case, if the you find any difficulty in removing the cello tape, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the cello tape it will prevent from marks.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

– If cancellations are made after the decoration booking is confirmed, and occur between the booking date and up to 5 days before the decoration date, 100% of the advance booking payment will be refunded after 2 days of the cancellation date.
– If cancellations are made on the decoration date or within the last 5 days leading up to it (including the 5th day prior or the day of the event), 100% of the advance payment will be retained as cancellation fees, and no refund will be provided.
– In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases, 100% of the advance decoration booking amount will be refunded within 2 days of the cancellation date.
